Context

WIFI is one of Austria’s biggest Weiterbildung institutions. DMB built a campaign on a single metaphor: graduating from WIFI is like earning your own bust, becoming worthy of being immortalized.

Idea

Transform real people into their own 3D bust. The film’s whole arc lives in that transformation, from a face you recognize to a sculpture that captures it.

Execution

I designed and animated the transformation system with DMB. Built the procedural pipeline from real footage to 3D bust, used laser effects and graphic systems to bridge the two, and shipped the film across social formats.

Impact

Aired as the WIFI Weiterbildung campaign across Austria, carrying a single, immediate metaphor: keep growing, and you become the kind of person worth sculpting.
